Why High Chai

You might ask why not High Tea?  High Tea is the meal served  like a blanch so that people can wait for dinner to be ready.

This is actually a British term for the little meal that women would serve their family in the early evening/late afternoon to buy time to make dinner.

We call this blog High Chai to distinguish it from the mother company since this is a free discussion board on all matters about tea.   Tea is growing in the highlands and we would like our readers to learn more about African Highlands and the rich volcanic soils that produce very tasty products like the Rwanda Highland Tea and coffee Arabica from Kenya and Ethiopia.
